Membership

Membership to aspire is open and welcome to anyone interested in promoting the work of the organisation. Membership runs from January to December and the current annual fee is €70.00

Benefits of joining include:

- Your membership fee ensures that we are able continue with our mission of providing relevant information and advice to you and others whose life has been affected by this syndrome.   

- A quarterly newsletter, containing all the latest news and developments relating to Asperger Syndrome in Ireland and abroad.

- Discounted prices for any conferences and events that aspire host.   

- Access to all programmes of development in the field of AS.

aspire is greatly dependent on membership fees. It is of much more benefit to Aspire and its members to receive all subscriptions in January. Please be aware that membership to Aspire runs on an annual basis from January to December. If you wish to renew your membership, please place a note in your calendar to join at the start of January - the more time that passes, the more you may miss out on important and relevant information

Please note:  

Under the Memorandum and Articles of Association of The Asperger Syndrome Association of Ireland Limited, “The Council Shall not be bound to give any reason for accepting or refusing the application of any person for admission to membership of the Association”. Once your application for membership is received, you will be granted provisional membership of the Association for a two monthly period (60 days) or until the next Council meeting when your application will be reviewed and either accepted or denied. Within this timeframe you will have all the same rights and privileges as a full member of the organisation. Once your application for membership has been accepted, you will be automatically promoted to full membership status.
